Where are you located?  CrossFit Coppell Central is located in the NE corner of the intersection of Sandy Lake and Moore, 612 Sandy Lake Road, Suite 180, Coppell, TX 75019 in the Family Video building in Coppell.

How do I start? We offer one free class to CrossFit Coppell Central first timers interested in a membership. Unless exempted by a coach, all new CrossFitters interested in purchasing a membership are then required to schedule and complete two Ramp Up sessions (available by appointment only on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm). Contact us 24 hours in advance at crossfitcoppellcentral@gmail.com or 918-606-4989 to schedule your Ramp Up session appointments. (New members can schedule CrossFit Ramp Up sessions with one of our trainers for $35 if the Monday/Wednesday timeframes are not workable.) Also, everyone must complete a liability waiver prior to working out. Please complete and sign in advance.

Why should I do CrossFit?  Proven Results.  Our athletes are transforming their bodies, measurably, inside and out.  The data is public.  We encourage every member to record their workouts here to show their personal improvements in endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. 

Is CrossFit for me?  CrossFit is for everyone at every level of fitness.  Every workout and every movement within a workout is scaled to ensure that each athlete is able to perform at their own level of high intensity.

Bootcamp vs. CrossFit?  Our Bootcamp is a CrossFit style workout without barbells.  Many of the same movements that you will find in CrossFit are present in Bootcamp.  However, all movements are performed without barbells.  Bootcamp is only available at 6am Monday through Friday and 7am on Saturdays. An additional 6pm Bootcamp will be offered Monday through Thursday beginning June 5, 2017.
